"food-full" week
Steamboat at parkway with Lionel in the evening. For some reasons, i really like eating steamboat with him.. I get fat with him ard coz he always made food seems ultra nice. Then I managed to get 3 tubs of Mandi Lulur. *delighted*
After going to TTSH on tue, mel, qin & me went to Square2. The Korean themed shopping centre at Novena. Mel bought snacks and I bought some Korean bulgogi sauce at the mini supermarket. I feel that trying to cook the korean bbq chicken. Then we sat down for some mango drinks and korean fried "nian gao". If u watched enuff korean shows, u will noe about this famous street dish. Heez... It taste chewy and slightly spicy.
Then for dinner, me and mel had seafood platter at The Manhattan Fish Market. The flaming prawns is rather special since they melt the cheese on top of the prawns with a torch (Whichever u call that) right in front of us. The garlic rice is not bad as well, the fish taste normal and the calamari is ok but should be a little less salty .
Managed to be second in the Queue for Vinco the doughnut palour at Vivocity with Qin on wed. But after us, the queue became much longer. Lucky! The chocolate delight one is not bad when we ate it on the spot. The chocolate was actually flowing all over the place. I also bought 1/2 a dozen for Lionel's family. Lionel thinks it's okay only coz he doesnt like the smell of the oily dough but his mum likes the berry one(top right).
